Personalized training focuses on one individual to ensure that their technique and programming are being performed properly and effectively. Along with proper performance personal training also provides accountability, motivation, basic nutritional guidelines and safety.
Your personal training program will be tailored to your abilities/injuries, medical conditions and goals. Various techniques and equipment will be used to get you the best results in the most efficient and effective way.
PARTNER AND GROUP TRAINING
Do you like to workout with your friend, spouse or in a group environment? Then partner or group training could be right for you. Participants receive all of the same benefits as personal training but attention is split among the group.
The more participants per group, the less each individual pays per session. This could be a great option for those on a strict budget.
Do you like to workout on your own but need a specific workout routine to follow to achieve optimal results? Monthly fitness programs can be designed for each individual’s goals, schedule and equipment availability, all with an online personal trainer.
Questions in regards to the program during the month are to take place via email as needed.
