My aim is to help you identify your wellness goals, design an exercise and nutrition program that fits your needs, and guide you through your workouts and meal plan. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
My specialties consist of nutrition, personal training (strength, functionality, and weight loss) and mixed martial arts (in particular kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai). I have been in the personal training industry for over 7 years and have trained clients from 4 years old to 75 as well as collegiate athletes, Olympians and pro athletes.
